3. Customizations: We tailored Odoo's functionalities to suit specific business needs, including custom fields, picklists, and form layouts. Key modules such as accounting, product inventory, and sales were enhanced with features like ACH payments, drop shipping, and email alerts.
4. SendGrid Integration: Recognizing their needs were greater than Odoo's native email capabilities, we integrated SendGrid to ensure reliable and high-volume email communications.
5. User Training and Support: Comprehensive training sessions ensured that all team members were proficient with the new system, fostering a smoother transition and immediate productivity gains.
