One of our recent projects involved addressing a common challenge faced by many industries: the inability of SharePoint to visually display the groups that users belong to. This limitation was hindering the operational efficiency and collaboration efforts of our client, an organization requiring robust teamwork and transparent communication structures.
Understanding the critical nature of this problem, we leveraged our expertise in Office 365 and Microsoft Teams to develop a customized solution. We provided the client with an Office 365 Teams Groups visual, available in an unlimited-user unrestricted license format. Using this tool, users can now easily see and interact with the groups they are a part of, thus enhancing visibility and improving organizational workflow.
Our approach not only included the implementation of this powerful widget but also involved customizing the visual elements to align with the client's branding. We worked closely with the client to finalize colors and text within the widget blocks to ensure the solution was tailored to their specific needs. Moreover, we integrated this solution within their existing template using Orchestry to automate the generation of these sites, making the deployment seamless and efficient.
