As the Managing Partner responsible for all operations, delivery, and customer success, Mac brings 14 years of progressively increasing responsibility as a services executive and program manager. His extensive experience spans delivery, sales, leadership, and software implementation.Mac has a proven track record as a solutions architect and account manager, achieving success for customers across the Energy, Renewables, and Engineering & Construction industries.
Mac's expertise covers ERP, HR, CRM, technical, and industry applications, enabling him to oversee complex initiatives and lead the Traction Team effectively. With a unique blend of commercial acumen, program management expertise, deep industry knowledge, and application skills, Mac is dedicated to our customer's success.
Ian Leu, Technical Lead
With over 15 years at Traction, Ian has worked on solutions for a broad range of technical and business challenges — from custom software solutions and data integrations to team leadership and everything in between.
Known for his top-notch customer service and proactive problem-solving, Ian loves making clients' lives easier by finding the right solutions and keeping things running smoothly.
Whether it’s optimizing systems, leading a team, or helping clients navigate complex projects, Ian is always ready to step in and help.
Peter Feng, Technical Architect
Peter originally was pursuing a career in veterinary medicine before making a hard pivot into the technology world—and he hasn’t looked back since. With over a decade at Traction, he has grown alongside the company, honing his expertise and strengthening his ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization, from end users to the C-suite. Dedicated to delivering effective solutions, Peter ensures clients receive the support they need to simplify their daily operations.
Outside of work, he enjoys PC gaming and passionately supports his favorite sports teams—especially the University of Michigan and Detroit teams.
Matt Wohlfert, General Manager
With a wealth of experience in business administration and project management, Matt excels at driving growth and enhancing efficiency within the Microsoft Licensing sector. Matt's skill set includes administration, strategic partnerships, and detailed project oversight, ensuring smooth operations and successful results.
